Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all 50 states within the U.S.

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.
We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

How long does shipping take?

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Standard shipping will generally arrive within 3-5 days after your order has been processed.

If you need your order faster, please select an expedited option at checkout.

Please note: custom items, graphic tees, or made-to-order products may require additional processing time. You’ll see these details listed on the product page.

How do I track my order?

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click the link in your email or enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to see the most up-to-date delivery status.

Please note: it may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been scanned by the carrier.

How do I return an item?

Return & Refund Policy

At Wild Willow Customs, every item is chosen with love, and as a very small business, we want you to be happy with your purchase. That said, please note our policy below:

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not offer refunds.
  • Eligible items may be returned for store credit or exchange only.
  • To qualify, items must be:

    Returned within 7 days of delivery

    Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags still attached

    Free from makeup, deodorant, pet hair, perfume, smoke, or other damage

Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and final sale:

  • Clearance/marked down items
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Jewelry, accessories, freshies, and gift items

How to Start a Return

  • Please email us at Wildwillowga@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect each order, but if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

How long does it take to process my return?

Return Processing

Please allow 5–7 business days from the date we receive your return to process it. Once your return has been inspected and approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation, and your store credit or exchange will be issued.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Can I exchange for a different item?

Yes — eligible items may be exchanged for a different size or item, as long as they are returned within 7 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue you store credit that can be used toward your next purchase.

Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Final sale, clearance, custom, and accessory items are not eligible for exchange.
